SAMM - Easy Beef Stroganoff

My SAMM recipe for today.  I got this recipe from one of my many awesome sister-in-laws Brittany.

You’ll need

1 lb of hamburger (in my house our hamburger comes in the shape of a turkey)

1/2 cup of chopped onion

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of sour cream

salt, pepper and garlic powder

16 oz egg noodles or rice.

Cook your hamburger and onions until the hamburger is done. Then add your two cans of soup.   Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.  Simmer until hot.  Then stir in the sour cream.  Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

This recipe is very versatile and can be used with whatever meat you have on hand and you can switch up the soups to some of your favorite cream of whatever soup.

Today I’ll be serving it with one of these beauties and some veggies. 055
