Pie #8 Millionaire Pie

004

This next pie comes from Joanne.  She says that there are a lot of different variations to this recipe, but this is the one she likes best.  It’s quick, it’s easy and tasty.

You’ll Need

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese

1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

1 12 oz. container of cool whip thawed

1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained

1 1/2 cups of pecans

2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

Directions

Blend together the cream cheese and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping.  Stir in the crushed pineapple and pecans; pour into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

This pie was really, really easy to make.  I was happy to see this pie in the contest.  I have never heard of it before and I love to try new recipes.  Can’t wait to try it.

ALSO today’s pie from Allrecipes was actually something new and different and something I would love to try and so I’m sharing that link too.
